My AC went out after hours on one of the hottest days we’ve had in Kansas City - With an elderly parent and four cats we needed our AC fixed ASAP and they delivered! Very friendly and very fair! I work as a commercial construction VP in the Intermountain West area but grew up in KCMO where my Dad & his wife still live in the Northland.  I found out that their heat stopped working the day after New Years when a massive winter storm was heading their way.  They live on a fixed income so I researched a good HVAC company in the area hoping we could get this resolved quickly.  Res-Q had excellent Google & Facebook reviews so I called them on Thursday afternoon.  They came to my parents house Friday morning, diagnosed the issue, & the heat was fixed and running by Noon!  I was able to pay with a credit card over the phone while still entertaining clients on the golf course.  Res-Q is honest, quick, reliable, & I would recommend them to anyone!  Thanks a ton!
